Why now
Several hundred companies in Ukraine develop drones, sensors and software. Since 2026 many of them have been looking for partners in Europe. They need manufacturing locations, suppliers for optics, electronics and fibre composites, test facilities and distribution. The German government funds German-Ukrainian industrial cooperation, mainly under the "Build with Ukraine" program. Those programs target defence production. Our introductions stay separate from that and strictly civilian. Companies in Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt have the right capabilities. What they lack are the contacts.
What is included
Needs assessment. We clarify what your company can do, what it wants and which conditions apply.
Legal vetting. Every project is reviewed in advance by a lawyer for foreign trade law. This applies to components, sensors, software and manufacturing partnerships. If any part requires a licence, this is clarified before the first contact. We decline projects that are not permissible.
Introductions. We connect you with manufacturers we know personally and have visited on site. We accompany the first conversations and help with language, expectations and procedures.
Support. Visits, tests, contract talks, funding applications. On request through to the signed contract.
What we do not do
We do not broker weapons, warheads or war weapons. We do not circumvent export controls. Every case is assessed in writing.
