Why this matters
A sighting without a report achieves nothing. A report without time, place, flight direction and description is of little use to the police. And an incident without documentation cannot be proven later, neither to the client nor to the insurer or the authorities.
What is included
Reporting chain. For each site we define who detects a drone, who decides, who reports and to which police station. Plus the required details, the order of steps, the phone numbers, the stand-ins and the night-shift rule.
Documentation standard. We define the mandatory fields of a sighting. Time, place, flight direction, estimated altitude, number, behaviour, duration, photo or video, witnesses and response. All as a template for your existing system, whether paper, logbook or software.
Instructions. One or two pages for the guards. What is allowed, what is prohibited, where to report.
Exercise. One run-through with time measurement. This shows you how long a report actually takes at your site.
