Ukraine
Jan Bamesberger has travelled to Ukraine regularly since the war began in 2022, most recently to Zaporizhzhia. There he keeps contact with people who develop, manufacture, operate, teach and defend against drone systems. They include members of the Ukrainian armed forces.
From these contacts we know how drones behave, how fast a report has to be, what role observers on the ground play and why documentation decides everything that follows.
We pass on reports anonymously and in paraphrase. We name no names, no units, no locations and no operational details. We use this knowledge only for what is permitted in Germany. Detection, reporting, documentation and program setup.
Site security in Germany
We develop LiteLog, a software that security providers, cleaning companies and operators use to organise their patrols, checkpoints, incidents and reports. Customers in guarding, commercial cleaning and infrastructure use it every day.
From this work we know the daily routine of guard services. How incident reports come about, what clients expect from reports and where procedures typically break. This knowledge flows into our reporting chains and instructions.
LiteLog is a separate product with its own website. Our consulting is independent of it. We do not recommend software, not even our own.

Partners in Ukraine. We work with several people and companies in Zaporizhzhia. They share their knowledge and observations with us. Where possible, they join our workshops as conversation partners, by video and anonymously. We name no names.

Location
Erfurt sits in the middle of Germany. Security providers, authorities, plants and facilities in Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Hesse and Bavaria are within a day's reach. Workshops take place at your site or in Erfurt.
